To Open the Template File

From the Primary Tools toolbox, click the Markups Dialog tool.
From the Markups dialog, click the Markup Settings icon.

The Markup Settings dialog opens. The Template DGNLib field displays the name of the DGNLib file (PageLayout.dgnlib) used to create the template.

Note: You can also open the template file by selecting Open from the File menu. In the File Open dialog navigate to the location of the DGNLib file (PageLayout.dgnlib) and click Open.
